Strict bio-security is maintained at Fingerlakes Aquaculture and all breeding and hatching is done on-site, which prevents disease vectors from being brought onto the farm via new outside fish. Fingerlakes Aquaculture uses a pure line O. nilotica tilapia which results in high uniformity of our product in terms of visual and color appearance
