The Fertility Testing Laboratory (FTL), in association with the Women's Institute for Fertility, Endocrinology and Menopause, was founded in 1983 for state-of-the-art testing of male infertility and for sperm banking. The laboratory is licensed by the State of Pennsylvania, certified by CLIA and by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a reference laboratory for quality assurance testing. FTL provides comprehensive andrology testing and services for male infertility.
