FemtoFab, Inc. has developed the core technology for three-dimensional (3D) lithographic fabrication on the micron scale. The firm iwas a 2009 spin-off from Prof. Peter So's group at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Prof. So had been awarded an Ignition Grant from Desphande Center for Technological Innovation at MIT, which supports novel and realizable ideas around MIT. Thre three-dimensional (3D) lithographic microfabrication system was incubated through the grant reception period.
