Eril Research, Inc. (ERI) specializes in the measurement and analysis of ionizing radiation and its effects of human health and safety. ERI's expertise is primarily concentrated on the dosimetric measurement of radiation aboard spacecraft such as the NASA Space Shuttle, the Russian Mir Space Station and the International Space Station (ISS), and on research at ground-based particle accelerators such as the proton synchrotron at the Loma Linda University Proton Treatment Center. More recent work is focussing on the measurement of radiation aboard aircraft such as NASA's ER-2 high-altitude research aircraft and on the risks of atmospheric ionizing radiation to military and civil flight crews
