In June 2002, Eliance Biotechnology Inc was acquired by MacroGenics, Inc., a biotechnology company with operations in both Rockville, MD and Seattle, WA. Operating nw as a subsiduary of the parent firm, this firm has remained in the same Texas location, Both firms together are still very small and remain fully SBIR eligible.
