EDSTAR designs evaluations for grant proposals and programs. EDSTAR has evaluated programs nationally, in the southeast, and in every county in North Carolina. EDSTAR identifies and designs appropriate data-collection instruments, analyze data, and write formal and technical reports. Our reports are tailored both to satisfy funding agency requirements and to provide valuable information to staff as they work toward achieving program goals
