In July 2013 ecoATM Inc was acquired by Outerwall (fka Coinstar) in an all cash deal. The latter being a large firm renders the smaller firm no longer SBIR eligible. EcoATM (formerly reMobile) had been established to offer its Automated eCycling Station for eWaste recycling.
