Eastern Bioplastics has engineered custom, proprietary, patented processes that are able to process poultry feathers into a fibrous reinforcement additive, then compound processed feathers with resins and additives using twin screw extrusion before pelletize material into resin pellets. The resin pellets are shipped to domestic and international partners who convert them into end products.
