A longtime established firm (1996) Decisive Analytics Corporation (DAC) did not become SBIR-involved until 12002 - and then entirely in DOD and in substantial numbers (91 funded projects). Usefully understood as a defense analytics provider, the firm was bought by Whitney, Bradley and Brown, Inc. (WBB) in 2020 and - in consequence is no longer SBIR involved. Headquarters in Arlington, VA., though clients have included commercial operations, clients have predominantly been Intelligence Community, Missile Defense Agency, Department of Defense. DAC is usefully understood as systems engineering company specializing in providing analytical solutions - with expertise aligned to six functional areas: Systems Engineering, Systems Analysis, Operations Research, Acquisition Spt, Space Applications, and Information Security.
