With the objective of the firm being to make data analysis available to biologists who produce the data, Datirium has been founded by researchers from Cincinnati Childrens Hospital. The firm's first offering has been development of BioWardrobe - an easy to use platform for analysis of sequencing data. BioWardrobe provides semi-automated analysis for ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq and other types of data. The firm also has made available a new scientific data analysis web platform (SciDAP) enabling easy integration and provides various analytical tools. The objective is to support collaboration between biologists and bioinformaticians by combining the simplicity of push-button analysis with the advanced customization. This new platform presents its analytical data visually, so the biologist can grasp difficult concepts or identify new patterns quickly. Furthermore, the scientists can get even more detail by drilling down into interactive charts and graphs.
