Condax Medical Products LLC (CMP) is a medical device company specializing specifically in products designed for safer-sex and to help reduce the effects of erectile dysfunction. The firm was originally founded in order to commercialize a single patent for technology covering a bellows-shaped condom applicator, invented by the founder in 1990. In 2005 several different companies were reorganized and consolidated under one new corporate identity, called Condax Medical Products LLC (CMP). The consolidation substituted former investor interest in only one specific product for a plan where all investors own an interest in all CMP products. The Company has focused all its resources in a single niche: products that promote safer-sexual behavior. CMP’s unique and innovative product array encompasses all aspects of condoms from their formulation to their disposal.
