Briefly dba as Tekmetrics.com and later acquired by PreVisor in 2006 followed by a series of acquisitiions and mergers, over which period Brainbench continued to provide online certifications mainly in the Information Technology field to over 5,000 corporate clients and over 6 million individuals. Brainbench appears still to provide over 600 online tests for registered users on its website. Some require payment but many are available for free tests, and beta tests, which are pre-released tests where no certificates are provided when testing is completed.
