Biological Consulting Services of North Florida, Inc. (BCS) is an established microbiological research and testing facility with a multidisciplinary team of scientists to assure the highest level of efficiency and reliability. We are a full scale food and environmental microbiology laboratory. Services encompass three main areas; Environmental Virology, Environmental Paristology, and Microbial Source Tracking (MST). The scope of these services includes pathogen detection and enumeration, fecal contamination sourcing, pathogen control, device testing and microbiological consulting. Facility is specialized in detection of pathogens from, but not limited to, water, food, soil, and biosolids. We incorporate both standard methods and inventive methodologies with modern technologies to generate reliable and accurate results, providing our customer with the most precise information. We also conduct innovative research in the field of environmental microbiology and especially in tracking the sources of fecal pollution in environmental samples. We serve local, state, and government agencies as well as private customers. In the course of our work, we employ the highest standards of quality control and utilize stringent methodologies to assure the accuracy and reproducibility of our results.
