In May 2006, the assets of Autoquant Imaging Inc were acquired by MD based Media Cybernetics Inc., a scientific image analysis software provider. The firm's personnel moved to Maryland. Aquaquant develops advanced 3-D image processing software for biological microscopy and ophthalmology. AutoDeblur(tm) is a 3D deconvolution software product which automatically removes haze, blur, noise and other problems in 3D images. AutoVisualize-3D(tm) is a general purpose visualization package for 3-D imaging. OcuView(tm) is used for automated alignment, 3D imaging and visualization of live, moving microscopic specimens.
