In November of 2001, Analex Corporation was aqcuired by Hadron, Inc. Headquartered in Virgina, the original Analex Corporation was ctive in SBIR-STTR until bein acaquired in 2001 by Hadron In (OTC BB: HDRN). Shortly afterwards, Hadron adopteed the Analex name and began to trade on AMEX. ANALEX Corporation is an engineering company providing design, development, analysis, and testing of products and systems for the aerospace, medical, hi-tech manufacturing, telecommunications, and information technology industries. With offices in Cleveland, OH; Denver, CO; Titusville, FL; and Phoenix, AZ, Analex has expertise in many areas of engineering including: verification and validation, software development, systems design and analysis, design control, product development, risk/hazard analysis, optical systems and design, telemedicine systems, thermodynamics, control dynamics, payload analysis, system integration, software simulation and modeling, space experiments, satellites, stress analysis, and trajectory analysis. The firm was subseqently acquired again in January 2007 by QinetiQ Group
