Apparently based in Seoul South Korea - not at all clear how this c/would be an SBIR eligible entity - the firm is described as a Human Resource firm rendering service to start-ups and early-stage small firms. SBIR Army-funded project seems yo be a legitimate area of technology development: a proposal to develop an FMCW radar based cable remaining useful life (RUL) estimator to detect, locate, and classify cable faults, and estimate the cable RUL.
