Advanced Cytometry Instrumentation Systems (ACIS) works in flow cytometry - an extremely versatile technique used for biotechnology applications. The technique analyzes the specific molecular composition of cells (one cell at a time) and can be used clinically, in the research laboratory and beyond. ACIS was formed from the collaboration of three parties: two renown researchers in flow cytometry and biophotonics and a company with expertise in lasers and optics. This well-balanced team is poised to take advantage of the most recent developments in components and developed (over several years) proprietary and patent-pending innovations in flow cytometry instrumentation to increase performance and to reduce the size and costs. ACIS is committed to delivering high performance flow cytometers and related products to its customers that are expandable, upgradable, and cost effective.
