While ARC was originally founded to fill a niche in the governmental analysis of health care and other benefits, and still fills that need, the experience gained in the past 25 years has made ARC an internationally recognized expert in Health Expenditure Modeling. Approximately 85% of revenues are drawn from U.S. Government consulting services, with the rest coming from a mixture of services to private U.S. firms and international governments. Currently, projects range from ongoing analysis of health insurance coverage and cost trends for the United States Department of Health and Human Services, to Medicaid plan premium rate analysis for various states such as Virginia and Massachusetts, to analysis of the national health expenditures in countries such as Jordan and Tunisia.
