Public Profile
3C Cattle Feeders have developed a cattle feeder that is efficient, effective and economical. The 3C Cattle Feeder is more accurate and quieter than any other feeder on the market, a chain-driven power system and completely enclosed bed allows for a much more efficient, effective and economical delivery system. 3C Cattle Feeders handle many different types of feed including ground feed, cubes, and pellets, even mineral. The firm can also build custom feeders to satisfy any number of special requirements. Most orders are for the firms top-selling product, a 1,500 lb. cube feeder, however the firm has developed a new remote access feeder that prevents wild animals from accessing feed. Feral hogs are capable of consuming all the feed from a free-flowing creep feeder, a costly problem for farmers and ranchers. The firm's creep feeder provides remote allows access only to calves with an active identification tag. The operating system is run on solar power, which controls the feeder doors and is compatible with the RFID system. In testing, feeders without the automated doors were losing up to one ton of feed each week to feral hogs.
