Anticipated Results:Twenty units throughout Page County could result in $1 million in real estate development and an annual payroll for service providers in excess of $100,000. Local businesses would continue to serve this clientele. This project generates local leaders familiar with the documentation and community organization principles to determine the market existing for cluster housing programs in each of the subject counties. With prototype units developed in phase II, private sector financing and manufacturing capability will be available to expand the program commercially throughout the counties identified in this study and rural America.
