The objective of this proposal is to conduct a feasibility and technology analysis study to design a cutting edge, scalable, and platform-agnostic data access, storage, dissemination and display system that leverages DARPA and other S&T investment, commercial and government off the shelf technology, and open source capabilities. Supporting a variety of mission data and decision tool needs, the system design objective is a flexible and scalable platform that will allow cross indexing of layered data. The platform will implement both data standards and common interfaces employed through the minimum number of data translations of incoming data streams for the purposes of advanced big data analytics in a dynamic tool environment. TAC prioritizes the use of intuitive interfaces, open standards, containerization, cloud infrastructure services, dynamic storage, and software with well-built application program interfaces to enable a platform that is optimized for operational use. It will also ensure its design and data responsiveness can rapidly evolve with Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) built in to capture critical user feedback.
