Project NarrativeThe proposed research will develop a new imaging tool for examining tissues during colonoscopy. This technology will allow doctors to obtain 3D images of colon polyps and other suspicious tissues to learn about their health status without taking a biopsy. Here we seek to evaluate the technical and commercial feasibility of a low cost system that would enable wider application and use of this technology.
