Project Narrative/Relevance Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) is a recognized prodrome to dementias, including Alzheimers disease. However, determining MCI severity has not been informed by biomarkers to date. The proposed sleep biotechnology innovation delivers a homebased sleep assessment with both new and traditional actigraphic measures and overnight memory performance to evaluate MCI staging technology. The SleepMove product and commercialization plan will bring to market a new approach to monitoring prodromal Alzheimers disease in adults living independently.
