This project identifies the state and local child welfare agencies that are doing the best job in securing access to SSI on behalf of children in substitute care, 2) documents the Best Practices of those jurisdictions, 3) pretests a screening tool, 4) develops a Training and Technical Assistance Package, and 5) develops a marketing strategy for making the screening tool available to state and local welfare agencies.
