We propose to develop high-power, broadband, visible to near-infrared (VNIR) integrated laser source based on SiN platform capable of high-power, single beam output with high beam quality.
Benefit: Significant improvement in SWaP-C compared to current approaches. Multiple commercial opportunities including AR/VR displays, visible light communications, underwater sensing (blue/green), and quantum/atomic PICs.
