A High Accuracy, Fast Response Meteorological Profiling Payload with CICADA Compatibility is proposed. All sensor subsystems (humidity, temperature, pressure) have already been successfully tested onboard a UAV and/or a weather balloon. The innovative solution is solid state-based and leverages the latest advancements in the field of multi-sensor dynamic signal restauration techniques. Examples of flight measurements show how the method on prototype level can already be used to correct vertical profiles and resolve turbulence spectra up to about 3Hz (humidity) and 4Hz (temperature). At an airspeed of 25m/s this corresponds to a spatial resolution of less than 10m.
