Technsys Inc. proposes to develop an automatic parallelizing (APP) tool to identity the potential performance bottlenecks of legacy software code and then convert inefficient code segment into highly scalable and optimized software code by using state-of-the-art memory trace-based code optimization and parallelization techniques. The collaboration with Boeing, we will look for core technology transition into Cisco System and other software development companies (e.g., IBM, Google, etc.). The APPT tool can autonomously optimize the code to run on multi-core platform to minimize run time and memory access, which in turn significantly decrease operation cost. As DoD and other Federal agencies are one of big customer of software application and services, we will look for potential use of the APP tool for other DoD and Federal agencies.
