This response proposes a revolutionary new approach to activity modeling and recognition modeling directly by treating the user interface as sequence of images and then applying appearance-based recognition techniques to that sequence of images. Thus a new rule can be defined by the end-user by simply drawing it on the user interface of the application. Benefits The proposed work will develop this new engine and incorporate it to extend Guardian SolutionsÂ’ existing rule-based activity recognition engine. The application is the next generation for intelligent management of security conditions within critical infrastructures.
