Summit Research Corporation's (SRC) technical objectives are to research and develop a robust, innovative Target Imagery Classification System that utilizes ISAR Imagery reports via OTH Gold Message, I&Q radar data and ISAR processed, video imagery received at a fusion center via video link. SRC will design OTH Gold Message ISAR "trial lines" to report operator-measured key image attributes and characteristics. SRC and the LM scientists will also utilize current SRC/LM String Edit, Autofocus and FCDS Probabilities/Fuzzy Logic Algorithms to process, evaluate and classify the three types of imagery, combined with an ISAR, Acoutic, EW, E/B Field Multi-Sensor Correlation, Classification and Data Fusion Process. A robust ISAR Imagery Attributes and Characteristics DBase will be developed to support this project, based on current SRC work on the USN THAW/DADS and PACS-FCDS R&D Projects.
