The project focuses on the development of a versatile AI-based system that can aid a warfighter in near real-time object detection, tracking, and identification in the context of missile defense. State-of-the-art machine learning (ML) techniques that can analyze both radio frequency (RF) and non-RF data streams will be developed and trained using publicly available data sources. The algorithms learn the typical patterns of life of various objects such as flights and marine vessels and are able to subsequently detect anomalies in new data in near real-time and throw a variety of alerts on a web-based dashboard easily accessible by a user through a subscription.
