Leadership in high-performance computing technologies is key for the United States to maintain a leading role in all critical sectors like science, financial, health, energy and National security. This project combines emerging technologies in photonic interconnects, electronic-photonic co-integration and application-specific processors for building next-generation computing systems with unprecedent performance and energy-efficiency.
