Development of a scalable, high performance, decision support database accelerator is proposed. The Phase 1 activity will develop and prototype high performance, scalable, data parallel join algorithms. Anticipated Benefits/Potential Applications - Higher performance decision support is required in a wide range of government and business areas, including health care, insurance, transportation, taxation and securities trading. The join algorithm is a critical element in building fast, scalable decision support systems.
