VAWD Applied Science and Technology is pleased to offer the following proposal in response to ARMY’s Small Business A20-041 Low Probability of Intercept Sense Thru Wall Radar. The Low Probability of Intercept (LPI) Sense Thru Wall Radar (STW) will be able to quickly detect, locate, and discriminate hidden chambers and people. The Radar will be easy to operate and automatically adjust to work on various building material including brick, cinder block, concrete, wood and sheet rock.  The Radar will operate effectively from outside looking into a building and inside a building for room to room operations discriminating normal space versus hidden chambers. Based on our experience we believe that a dual band RF spectrum is a natural fit to create this technology. Our initial vision is a handheld flashlight type device.
