Hypergiant and MIT-LL will develop a common operating picture (COP) to plan, train, and conduct OSAM mission operations. This COP will aid in: delivering rapid situational awareness to the operators and providing a framework for rapid course of action decision-making. Hyperigant and MIT-LL will incorporate lessons learned from developing the next-generation COP for NORAD-NORTHCOM. The COP will be built utilizing PlatformONE principles, practices, and technology; the end result will be an application that can be extended (and adapted to new missions) well after the Period of Performance for this STTR
