Toyon Research Corporation and University of Dayton Research Institute propose to develop a Digital Health Record application to provide all Engineering Technical Assistance Request (or ETAR) information, non-destructive inspection (NDI) results, Airworthiness information and 3D images to determine the health of each aircraft. The team will leverage existing data processing and ingestion tools currently deployed to the Air Force Cognitive Engine (ACE) and extend these tools to support the ETAR processing and decision making. Current tools include form extraction, text recognition, image ingestion and classification, etc. The final solution will be deployed to ACE or a similar DoD platform.
