AI Asset Management (AAM) proposes testing its Multi-lingual Social-media Crowd Manipulation Detector (MSCMD) with live Twitter feed to detect propaganda in real time. The MSCMD uses emotion in Social Media to detect efforts to manipulate crowds. A prototype MSCMD was developed in Dec 2019. In the Phase I research, AAM plans to map Chinese Emotions to Russellâs Circumplex Model of Affect and Emotions. Specifically: Measure the positivity and negativity of each emotion Measure the arousal for each emotion Map to a Chinese Circumplex Mode
