Current system of spare parts procurement is very fragmented. With the move to Digital Engineering, and the centralization of CAD files during engineering, Edlore proposes to create a standard platform that holds a library of spare parts for the Air Force. Edlore will create a Digital Twin library of each part from the OEM's data with part numbers and part names on the platform. The next time the user needs to procure any part, they will start the Edlore App on their mobile device and scan the part through the app. Edlore will recognize the part from the edge and the shape and display it on the screen from the library. From here, procurement is a click away. In addition to the procurement, a 3D view of the spare part assembly and access to all the manuals, drawings and the tools required to install the part is also available for the user. In addition, as we move more to connected devices, when a part becomes faulty, or before it becomes faulty, the system automatically places the order for the part and sends a notification with all the relevant interactive data to the person in charge to help them to install it properly.
