Semantisys shall research the Feasibility and Trade Study of the conceptualization of a new technology. The SBIR topic selected is AF203-001 Autonomous Collaboration of Control and Communications, Datalink (AC3D). The system shall provide autonomic integration of AC3D and the technologies/concepts of Joint All Domain (JAD) Command and Control (C-2), enhancement for Weapon Systems. The proposed PHASE I, AC3D/JADC-2, shall be a prototype conceptualization design and is, after this referred to as AI2RAE, pronounced "Arae." AI2RAE shall be a type of AC3D/JADC-2 "Swiss Army Knife." In the words of my grandfather, WW2 Army Veteran, "My Swiss Army Knife is a lifesaver, …never go anywhere without it." Like its idol, AI2RAE shall be functional in design and invaluable to its users. AI2RAE shall adhere to Software Guidance [2.2.1.1] to progress AF203- 001 from watch-list to pathfinder AI2RAE shall enable Blue Forces and Partner Nations - after this referred to as Purple Force Coalition (PFC) -, near-peer threat, real-time, high-resolution ability, to prosecute Red Forces. PFC, shall refer to but not limited to: Air Force; Navy; Army; Space Force; JTF; Missile Defense Agency, Army National Guard, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans and Programs; the 11 US Combatant Commands; Missile and Space US European Command; NATO; 21st Space Command; Joint and changing Coalition partners; and members of the DoD IC such as NSA, NRO, NGA, DIA…; other DoD, non-government agencies. These entities require sharing information, software, and services to effectively meet their mission needs while meeting the Quality of Service Requirements (QSR).
