Good oral health is vital for overall personnel readiness. We have developed therapeutics based on bacterial metabolites shown to be effective against dental conditions (i.e. gum disease). Gum disease and dental cavities are the leading causes of dental emergences among Air Force active duty personnel. We have proprietary therapeutics (provisional patent granted) that out competes pathogenic bacteria in oral cavity. These pathogenic bacteria are the root cause of gum diseases and dental cavities. Our product also protects against future infections and bone loss due to bacterial infections. As a result, our product helps individual service members maintain a good oral health during deployment. This supplement product can be formulated as a chewing gum and will reduce the rate of incidental dental emergencies in dental class 1 and class 2 during deployment time.
