BCL proposes adapting its Commercial Off-the-Shelf easyPDF Cloud System to develop a PDF To OLAP System (PTOS) for automating the “Infrastructure Health Assessment Data Engineering Platform”. The specific work is for Need ID 3551 published by the Air Force. The PTOS will take incoming PDF Forms and: 1. Automatically locate and extract relevant fields from the PDF. 2. Populate an Excel Workbook. 3. Arrange the data in an OLAP structure. Tasks in the Phase I SBIR are to: 1. Contact the author of Need ID 3551 and their colleagues to establish their specific needs. 2. Design the PTOS for the Air Force’s specific needs. 3.
