BILT provides the consumer an opportunity to review the product and assign a Net Promoter Score (NPS) corresponding to a star rating. BILT has proven to increase NPS, star ratings, product registrations & brand loyalty while reducing returns, calls to customer support, assembly time & errors. BILT empowers brands with analytics on each product and revolutionizes the way companies connect to their consumers. Manufacturers maintain control of their content; updates to instructions can be made in real time, so they’re never obsolete. BILT supports manufacturers’ efforts to go green by minimizing paper instructions, warranty & registration cards. In addition, online retailers are finding an increase in add to cart and cart closure rates due to utilizing the BILT app. The BILT app utilizes both proprietary software tools as well as some third party tools such as SAP visual enterprise and solid works. BILT is able to ingest over 100 types of 3D CAD files to create the BILT 3D instruction experience. The BILT software is hosted on AWS cloud servers in the United States and the infrastructure is designed to comply with local, national and international data compliance.
