In Phase I, LiveSafe will demonstrate the feasibility of using technology to build a Defense-wide safety community in support of primary prevention strategies for Force Resilience. LiveSafe is a safety community where people share what they see, seek help when they need it, and look out for the people around them. LiveSafe encourages people to take action wherever they live, work, and learn. LiveSafe works on the idea that it's possible to prevent something bad from happening. LiveSafeâs mission is to empower people to make the world a more resilient place. Early warning leads to prevention. When information is available, there can be an opportunity to prevent a negative incident from occurring. LiveSafe observes that individuals will interact within a safety community, they will share information, and they will respond with information when requested. LiveSafe observes that this interaction can lead to prevention moments. People connect to LiveSafe when they have something to share, when they need help, or when they are looking for something. People connect via an app or the web by voluntarily submitting information about safety related incidents. Organizations connect with their people by sending and receiving information via a web-based dashboard. LiveSafe provides people-sourced information related to resilience, insider threat, safety, security, and health. LiveSafe technology is a cloud-based, software-as-a-service solution
