We see that the global need of reducing the carbon footprint will be widely sought after and since concrete with its current formulation of Portland cement is one of the largest causes of pollution; then Alchemy Geopolymer Solutions with its patents and other formulations for other uses; will be a highly sought after solutions generator. The properties of our AGS solution provide a more durable concrete alternative in many types of products along with providing a much lower cost than concrete products made with Portland Cement. Previous projects with commercial partners suggest a reduction of greater than 30% in price is feasible using our materials and methods. The US average cost for ready mix concrete $113/cubic yard. Using AGS solutions, our commercial partners were able to produce a product at an average of $80/cubic yard. This could also be applied to stucco, bricks, pavers, shingles and other construction materials on a residential or commercial project leading to significant cost savings on MILCON projects and other modernization and new construction efforts. Behind water, concrete is one of the most widely used substances on this planet. Its benefits mask enormous dangers to the planet, human health, and to culture itself. Should we start using a more greener alternative to help solidify the use of safer alternatives that can perform better? Steel slag is one of the most abundant materials that is formed as a byproduct to the creation of metal. It is readily available. It is also one of the main components in the production of geopolymers. Flash is another component that could be used as a substitute, but it is more costly. Theoretically it has a greater tensile strength (great for stepping stones), but it very brittle when it is used structurally. When applying the slag as an aggregate - there could a great numerous possibilities to building structurally-sound bunkers and other buildings.
