The U.S. Air Force and Department of Defense is innovating itself with various technologies: most importantly its human capital and culture will determine the effectiveness of such innovation efforts. Both contractors and DoD personnel working in DoD facilities are increasingly being placed in agile, creative, and innovative environments. Up-to-date scalable, and tailored training methods are imperative to a successful culture change. We will be investigating how to apply our innovative approaches to focused areas of learning content and culture at the Air Force.
