With initial focus on the USAFA as our primary customer in Phase I and II, Alpha Recon offers a unique blend of Enterprise Security and Risk Management, risk intelligence, and real-time situation awareness contained within RIMS for the security and risk management of assets including students, campuses, locations, staff and teachers. RIMS is supported by simple-to-use technology containing highly specialized military-grade intelligence and threat identification via emerging data science, and human interaction. RIMS provides open source collection, capable of threading data points related to people/places/things in a risk management context. RIMS helps customers âput together the dots,â and stay ahead of emerging threats. Every assetâs risk exposure is measured based upon near real time threats that is monitored by a built-in crowd-sourcing component and OSINT capabilities. This permits AF personnel, security force personnel, etc., to identify early indicators of threats or human conditions. When aligned to the RIMS software, our solution provides force protection, intelligence, and dynamic threat assessments enabling a proactive response for: Cross silo risk: suicides, drug use, violent crime, physical threats â any threat that would impact the base, internal threats, etc. â e.g., if Airman uses certain key words (depression or suicide flags); also relevant to active shooter scenarios; Human and bad actor risk screening: RIMS assesses open source data for hiring purposes, trends, foreign parties etc. Crisis and Event Management: every mobile user is able to be tracked down to a specific location. If an Airman is suicidal; for an active shooter/violent protest, etc., first responders need to be involved. RIMS provides near real time information and identifies the exact location of the event for better outcomes. Strategic security risk management: Use data to make strategic security and risk management decisions. Save and optimize precious resources. RIMS provides administrators, faculty, security forces, etc. with a robust dashboard inclusive of alerts, reports (multiple types), overlays, analytics, risk algorithms and security algorithms that provides all the necessary information available at a glance. Users can track when students and faculty have checked in, asset status and exposure, where they are, and review constantly updating information regarding violence. In a crisis event, the software users manage the crisis and communicate with stakeholders. Mobile users can also signal emergencies and provide responders updated info.
