The Workforce Effectiveness Augmented Reality (WEAR) training program is an effective workforce solution. Our software platform combines three main focal points: learning theory, augmented reality (AR), and current USAF effective workforce training. This approach has two immediate applications we have identified based on the specific needs of two different Air Force bases (Tinker and Robins). The Tinker AFB case study involves Non-Destructive Inspection training while the need identified at Robins AFB is Corrosion Control (painting) training. Their pain points (time needed to train and a workforce with unbalanced skill levels) can all be reduced by harnessing the power of AR.
