Epirus proposes to shrink the form factor of our existing TRL-6 electromagnetic pulse (EMP) source weapon into a < 25 lb payload to be drone mounted. This unit is targeted at counter unmanned aerial systems (CUAS) missions, counter infrastructure, counter comms, as well as other counter electronics missions. Our EMP source is the world’s first solid state, lightweight EMP technology, was tested at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) in June 2019, and took out UAS electronics at a significant range sufficient for a drone mounted application, and his been shown to hard kill some drone types as far as tactical ranges. Epirus currently has an agreement with Aurora Flight Sciences to study mounting an EMP unit on an existing quadcopter design and has completed initial model
