The pace of technological change combined with the changing face of who can do us harm are eroding our nations competitive advantage. It is not sufficient in modern warfare to expect a victory by simply fielding the most technologically advanced equipment. BMNT seeks to reverse this trend by delivering an evidence-based, data-driven process for delivering innovative solutions to the Air Forces hardest problems at relevant speed. Our approach will be focused to define a responsive, agile AF SBIR innovation approach by strengthening the connection between the AF end user and dual-use solution providers using the H4X methodology to identify relevant problems, refine them, and execute defense-related, dual-purpose technology adoption at scale. The result will be a validated process that can be scaled to support traditional and rapid acquisitions processes at program offices across the AF. We call it H4X. Born from combining lessons learned tackling problems on the battlefield with commercially proven Lean Startup principles, H4X is a framework for disciplined innovationensuring the AF is working on the right problems, at the right time, with the right people, and the right technology. Today, H4X is driving real results across both our commercial and defense customers.innovation,process,H4X,Problems,data-driven,evidence-based,lean
