Silicon Mountain Technologies (SMT) is a woman-owned, veteran-owned, small business custom software firm based out of the Metro Denver area. SMT has been developing custom software applications for nearly twenty years working on workflow automation and hardware integration projects. SMT has the technical development and product skills available to apply to the government's need to improve its training and simulation tools for qualification and ongoing training solutions. SMT intends to use its resources and skills to manage large amounts of data, including visualization tools to improve the operator's ability to be trained on real-world scenarios. SMT will work with the customer to identify quality return on investment through tactics such as value mapping and use case validation. SMT will work with the USAF stakeholders and users to design a significantly improved training and qualification solution.
