Doodle Labs is a global leader in high-performance broadband communication systems used for Industrial Internet of Things applications. We sell thousands of radio units per year across industrial, commercial, defense, and public safety customers. Industrial Internet of Things technologies have developed significantly in recent years, and there is opportunity to bring these technologies to the DoD. Capabilities like high-performance mesh networking, reliable long-range data links, operation at Federal frequency bands, and advanced encryption no longer require DoD-focused development. Indeed, Doodle Labs' products are 5-8x less expensive than peer technology from defense-focused companies (e.g. Persistent, TrellisWare, Silvus), making the connected battlefield truly feasible at scale. Doodle Labs developed the Smart Radio to provide an ultra-reliable, long-range, high-throughput data link between one or more mobile units and a control station. It has been designed to allow mobile systems to maintain full functionality from 10+ miles away. It includes a self-healing and self-forming mobile mesh to maintain maximum uptime. An Ultra Reliable Low Latency Channel (URLLC) transports important command & control data while an optimized video streaming channel carries crystal clear 4K video.

Doodle Labs' Smart Radio allows aerial platforms to provide a mesh communications network across the battlefield. It gives commanders the means to tailor aerial networks specifically to fit mission needs. Moreover, it transforms current aerial layer networking from a "stitched-together" state to a seamless, adaptive, and environmentally aware network.
